Through the Business Process Management (BPM) system these commercial documents can be organized in various sequences and responsible departments specific to your business. The system supports automatic transformation (inheritance) of data in the documents from one to another, for example: the offer turns into an order, then into a delivery note and finally into an invoice. Templates of documents with previously entered types of goods and quantities are also supported. Zeron V/4 has a built-in designer functionality to shape your individual views for printing the documents.
Zeron V/4 offers a variety of predefined references:: Lists, stocks, turnovers, charts, inventories of documents consignments, receivables and payables, purchases, sales, ABC analyses, consolidated references, etc. If you need any more types, you also have a built-in generator of references which you can use to very quickly and easily create your types of references. And you can use the solution "Zeron BI" to make data analyses through three-dimensional sections. It also important to know that in Zeron V/4 we have constructed a system which we can use to make any reference by only using properties of the product, without additionally programming its source code - with this system we can quickly add new references at your specific request and with any complexity.
