Files can be attached to any task in business processes. In addition to business processes, you can attach files to items, counterparties and other nomenclatures, e.g. you can attach technical documentation to particular items.

Zeron V/4 also offers a centralized library of external files. There, you can attach files created with other programs (Word, Excel, Pdf, AutoCAD), which files are often used in your company. For the files in your library, access rights can be assigned, as well as the persons who can add them, who can examine them and who can edit them. These files, in addition to being examined, can also be attached automatically to outgoing emails generated directly by Zeron V/4. Each user has their own personal library of external files available only to them.

All attached external files are stored centrally on the server. This increases their security and also allows to make backups simultaneously of all important files in the company. For files, groups and other additional descriptions can be assigned by which they can be cataloged. Automatic naming of files by a user-defined algorithm is also supported. Global search for files by keyword or phrase is also supported.
